Cleaning Instructions

For everyday cleanup, simply spot-clean your StrokeMaster® glove and strap with mild soap and water.

When they need a more thorough wash, place them securely on the top rack of your dishwasher, just like a baseball cap. Use a normal or gentle cycle, then remove them and lay them flat to air-dry completely.

Do not put them in the clothes dryer.

Shipping Cost

We work hard to keep shipping simple and affordable.

Shipping rates are calculated as follows:

SHIPPING TO USA 

  • FLAT RATE: $8.00 
  • FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.

SHIPPING TO CANADA 

  • FLAT RATE: $20.00 + $5 per additional item

SHIPPING TO UNITED KINGDOM & AUSTRALIA

  • FLAT RATE: $25.00 + $5 per additional item

Shipping rates may change in the future as we iron out everything.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, most United States customers can expect delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier transit times.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, shipping through StrokeMasterGolf.com is only available within the United States, Canada, UK, and Australia. We are currently working to add more countries as interest builds.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Warranty

30-Day Product Warranty

StrokeMaster® products are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact info@strokemastergolf.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Approved warranty claims will be replaced at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Alterations or modifications
  • Sizing or fit issues
  • Damage that occurs after normal use of the product

Products purchased through another retailer or marketplace may also be subject to that seller’s policies.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds

StrokeMaster® products are wearable products.

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, products that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or refund.

Unused and unworn products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
