Shipping rates are calculated as follows:

SHIPPING TO USA 

• FLAT RATE: $8.00 
• FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.

SHIPPING TO CANADA 

• FLAT RATE: $20.00 + $5 per additional item

SHIPPING TO UNITED KINGDOM & AUSTRALIA

• FLAT RATE: $25.00 + $5 per additional item

Shipping rates may change in the future as we iron out everything.

Orders are typically processed and ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, most United States customers can expect delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier transit times.

We don't have enough data to estimate International order arrival time.

StrokeMaster products are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reliable shipping partners. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and package size.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

After placing your order, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email confirming your purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packed and shipped
• Follow-up communication and product support as needed

At this time, shipping through StrokeMasterGolf.com is only available within the United States, Canada, UK, and Australia. We are currently working to add more countries as interest builds.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at sharon@strokemastergolf.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to determine the best solution, including exchanges, sizing assistance, replacement, or refund consideration when appropriate.

If you ordered the wrong size or need a replacement due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to help with an exchange whenever possible.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be clean and in good condition.
• The item must not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Products showing significant signs of use or damage
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
• Customized or special-order products (if offered in the future)

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for the return or exchange

Our team will provide instructions for the next steps and any applicable shipping information.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. If the exchange is due to a product defect or our error, StrokeMaster will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
