Shipping Cost
We work hard to keep shipping simple and affordable.
Shipping rates are calculated as follows:
SHIPPING TO USA
- FLAT RATE: $8.00
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
- FLAT RATE: $20.00 + $5 per additional item
SHIPPING TO UNITED KINGDOM & AUSTRALIA
- FLAT RATE: $25.00 + $5 per additional item

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Return Window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at sharon@strokemastergolf.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will work with you to determine the best solution, including exchanges, sizing assistance, replacement, or refund consideration when appropriate.

If you ordered the wrong size or need a replacement due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to help with an exchange whenever possible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be clean and in good condition.
• The item must not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
Non-Refundable Items

• Products showing significant signs of use or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.
For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. If the exchange is due to a product defect or our error, StrokeMaster will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
I’ve tried several gloves and straps from Strokemaster, they were all super helpful. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. Really never thought I could play again after spine surgery and wrist surgery but these gloves and straps are the only reason I’m playing again and determined to get better.
